Home has always meant more to Justine than just a house. Long before beginning a career in real estate, she was drawn to the ways people create beauty, comfort, and belonging in the spaces they inhabit - and to the communities that make those spaces feel like home in the first place.

After living in Jamaica Plain for more than a decade, Justine moved to Roslindale where she is an active neighbor, parent, and dog mom. As a member of the Ellen + Janis Team at Compass, she brings a deep appreciation for old homes, evolving communities, and the many different ways people define home for themselves.

Before transitioning into real estate, Justine worked in marketing and communications at a local, independent and community focused yoga studio, JP Centre Yoga. That experience continues to shape the way she approaches this work: with steadiness, curiosity, and an awareness that buying or selling a home is not just a financial process, but an emotional one too. She cares deeply about helping people feel informed, supported, and grounded throughout what can often be an overwhelming experience. She is especially passionate about expanding stable housing access and supporting people who may not see homeownership as available to them. She holds a firm belief that every person deserves the opportunity to build security, connection, and a sense of belonging in the place they live, whether renting or owning.

In addition to real estate work, Justine serves on the board of Resilient Sisterhood Project, a Boston-based nonprofit focused on reproductive health education and justice for women of African descent through a cultural and social justice lens. Her involvement reflects a broader commitment to community care, equity, and helping create systems where people feel seen and supported.

Known for a thoughtful approach and a strong eye for presentation and positioning, Justine combines strategic marketing skills with genuine care for the people she works with. She lights up when helping clients imagine possibilities in a space, learning what matters most to them, and helping them find a home they love in a place where they feel woven into and held by the net of community.

Outside of work, you can usually find her practicing yoga, tending native plants, dancing in the kitchen with her family, or catching live music around town.
