While we are not real estate developers nor architects, we have assisted hundreds of buyers in the purchase process and have a deep understanding of their psychology and needs in our local market. We can advise on things such as ideal size and layout of units, design finishes, and parking requirements.

Staging - We come with a comprehensive referral list of stagers and designers. Staging shows how a space might work, it makes rooms feel larger, and it can also can be a beneficial tool in rectifying an architectural design flaw.

Punch-List Coordination - We help with the negotiation, coordination, and inspection/completion of all punch list items. With lots of experience working with contractors, we are skilled at communicating technical items, and managing buyer’s expectations in order to minimize disagreements.

Move-in Coordination - We help facilitate the buyer’s move into your development, and coordinate all items such as keys, times, etc. with the owner, project manager, or contractor.
