We have been serving LGBTQ homeowners for over 20 years and have developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by our community. Our team helped found the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP) and attended the first national LGBT+ real estate conference in 2015. NAGLREP is a mission-driven organization that combines business and advocacy for equality to advance homeownership in the LGBTQ community. With 35 local chapters, including Boston, NAGLREP is the most credible online source for consumers who want to work with LGBTQ+ real estate professionals.
NAGLREP’s annual conference was the first of its kind and brings together leading experts, nationally recognized LGBTQ+ personalities, and top producing agents to inform, inspire and engage the community. It is the most important networking forum for LGBTQ+ professionals in real estate. The average NAGLREP member closes 40 transactions per year with a gross sales volume of $6.5 million.
Our team is actively engaged in the community and is committed to expanding services and support to LGBTQ+ home buyers and sellers. Janis served on the board of directors of NAGLREP and Mass Equality. On a national level, we work closely with professional organizations that support our community including the Real Pride Network and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. We have served on boards and are active fundraisers for Keshet, an organization that works for the full equality of LGBTQ+ Jews into Jewish life.
